Remembrance Picture Bead® bracelets are unique, handmade pieces of functional and affordable art created from your very own 4x6 photograph. Each bracelet is a truly personalized way to celebrate a special occasion, memorialize a loved one, or save and enjoy family photographs.
I have made bracelets for clients from their photographs of:
- a favorite outdoor place

Each Remembrance Picture Bead® is created from a 4X6 photograph. The photograph is cut into sections and each section is crafted into an individual bead. Each bead is then painted with a non-fire glaze to strengthen it and to create a glass-like finish that will make it water resistant.
Presentation:
Each bracelet comes in its own presentation box with some special touches. On the inside of the top of the box is a color or black & white copy of the picture from which the the beads have been made. On the inside of the bottom of the box is a brief explanation that the bracelet's beads are made out of the photograph. Please click here for an example.
The Styles:
You may choose either a durable and comfortable elastic band bracelet that offers easy "on and off" or a classic wire strung bracelet featuring a sterling silver clasp. Both feature either Hematite or Swarovski simulated pearls and Swarovski crystals as accent beads.
Also available for each bracelet is a sterling silver photo charm of the picture used to make your bracelet.
I created The Remembrance Picture Bead® several years ago after the death of my stepfather. As an artist I wanted to create something for my family that we could wear to keep him close to us, but something that was also private so we could decide when to share what the bracelet meant to us.
